Position Overview

Seeking a professional to lead implementation strategies across a portfolio of projects for multiple customers. This role involves participation in consultancy and software implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Own project profitability and reporting

• Oversee project planning in collaboration with the project team

• Guide and align communication plans, including steering group meetings

• Build and maintain customer relationships with key stakeholders (Director and CX Suite level)

• Ensure all internal and external stakeholders are informed of project progress

• Take ownership of project scope and commercial terms

• Serve as the escalation point for project team decisions or bottlenecks

• Act as an escalation point for internal strategic issues such as resourcing

• Support the sales process in defining project timelines, resources, and approach

• Negotiate commercial terms for both ongoing and new professional services projects

• Act as the primary contact for local partners, supporting their onboarding and managing contract documentation

• Attend relevant industry and company events as needed

• Participate in training and continue developing relevant knowledge and skills

Key Requirements

• Proven track record of successfully leading multiple IT system implementations within large retail IT environments

• Experience serving in senior roles within governance or steering committees

• Strong capability in managing complex networks of internal and external senior stakeholders

• Skilled in presenting, consulting, and persuading senior audiences on change management practices

• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills

• Ability to confidently engage with customer stakeholders, influence, and negotiate effectively

• Strong risk analysis and risk mitigation planning skills, with the ability to proactively steer project strategy
