Job Description

  • Collaborate with the sales team to lead presales activities

  • Oversee the full cycle from requirements gathering and PoC design to product implementation support

  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to clients

  • Provide comprehensive support including customer training and post-implementation assistance

Required Experience & Skills

  • Technical sales experience in the enterprise software domain

  • Knowledge of modern infrastructure such as cloud and Kubernetes

  • Strong customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build trust-based relationships

  • Native-level Japanese; proficiency in English reading and writing
