Job Description
Collaborate with the sales team to lead presales activities
Oversee the full cycle from requirements gathering and PoC design to product implementation support
Serve as a trusted technical advisor to clients
Provide comprehensive support including customer training and post-implementation assistance
Required Experience & Skills
Technical sales experience in the enterprise software domain
Knowledge of modern infrastructure such as cloud and Kubernetes
Strong customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build trust-based relationships
Native-level Japanese; proficiency in English reading and writing
