Complete Ketamine Tampa is seeking an experienced and motivated Office Coordinator/Assistant to provide administrative and operational support in a professional medical environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and check in patients, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere
  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient communications
  • Assist with patient intake forms and maintain organized records
  • Support the owner with administrative tasks and daily operations
  • Manage and create engaging social media posts to promote clinic services
  • Monitor office supplies and reorder as needed
  • Assist with community outreach efforts
  • Collect patient feedback and Google reviews after treatment completion
  • Assist with documentation reminders and office compliance tasks

Qualifications:

  • Friendly, professional, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Experience in a medical office, marketing, or wellness environment preferred
  • Proficient with social media platforms and basic office software
  • Great for someone seeking flexible, part-time work

Compensation:
$18–$22 per hour, starting out based on experience

Schedule: Mondays, Thursdays, and two Saturdays per month
