The Opportunity

The firm’s headquarters needs to run like a well-oiled clock… and the Office & Accounts Payable Assistant is an important part of making that happen. The main role responsibilities include:

  • Reception, switchboard and courier/mail organization
  • General office organization and materials replenishment
  • Electronic and physical filing
  • Administration and entry of invoices into the system
  • Organization of invoices for review and approval

The Candidate

If you're the right person for Vrancor, you likely have the following skills, traits and experiences:

  • Excellent interpersonal presence and clear verbal and written communication skills
  • 2-3 years of office support experience
  • Invoicing / AP experience is preferred but not required
  • ERP system experience - NetSuite knowledge would be ideal
  • Intermediate Excel skills
