About the Role

At Draganfly, our success depends on people, productivity, and procedures. The Office Administrator and Logistics Coordinator is a supportive force in each of these areas. We are currently seeking a keen problem-solver with great communication skills and a detail-oriented mindset. This person should have experience thriving in an administrative and support role.

Responsibilities

- Provide day-to-day reception duties and general administrative and office support.- Answer and direct phone calls, greet visitors and respond to general enquiries promptly.- Receive and distribute all incoming mail / prepare all outgoing mail, couriers, and delivery requests.- Order, track and manage office supplies, kitchen supplies and inventory.- Manage relationships with office vendors and service providers.- Responsible for completing bank deposits and notifying the Finance team on deposits.- Assist with creating of documentation of companywide processes and SOPs and ensuring documents are shared and stored in company SharePoint.- Responsible for managing accounts receivable report by contacting customers, partners and suppliers for payment.- Provide support for meeting logistics including scheduling, boardroom setup, cleanup, and catering arrangements.- Coordinate, manage and setup weekly office social hours and team events.- Lead and participate in the Joint Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Committee in Saskatoon, ensuring compliance with provincial regulations and fostering a culture of safety through regular meetings, risk assessments, and implementation of safety initiatives.- Assist with procurement and purchasing of products.- Assist with shipping and receiving of goods.- Additional general administrative duties as assigned.

Experience Requirements

- High school diploma an/or certificate in office administration/business/management or an equivalent combination of training and experience.- Two years' recent and relevant experience in an administrative position.- Experience in shipping, receiving and procurement would be considered an asset.- Passion for supporting and creating a positive work culture around the office.- Intermediate computer skills and experience in common software packages, i.e., Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands effectively both in-person and online.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
