ナイトマネージャーは夜間のホテルの運営を担当しています。業務にはゲストの問い合わせや苦情への対応、夜間のホテルのスムーズな運営を確認することが含まれます。このポジションは、単独で作業することが多く、ダイナミックな環境で迅速な意思決定が求められ、また、ゲストとスタッフの安全と福祉に対する責任が伴うストレスを管理する能力が必要です。通常、ナイトマネージャーは午後 10 時から午前 7 時までの夜間シフトで働きます。

The Night Manager is responsible for the operation of the hotel during the overnight hours. Responsibilities include addressing guest inquiries and complaints and ensuring the smooth functioning of the hotel during nighttime hours. The role demands the ability to work autonomously, make swift decisions in a dynamic environment, and manage the stress associated with being accountable for the safety and welfare of both guests and staff. Typically, the Night Manager works the overnight shift from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.

Key Responsibilities  

• ホテルの PMS （プロパティマネジメントシステム）に関する知識と熟練度を有し、チェックインおよびチェックアウト手続きを行なう。
  
• ゲストにホテルの施設やサービス等の情報を提供し模範的なカスタマーサービスを提供する。
  
• 快適な滞在を提供するためにゲストの活動、スケジュールを把握し、問い合わせには迅速に対処する。
  
• ホテルのサービス、苦情、ポリシー、アメニティに関連する問題を解決し、サービスリカバリーの進行を確認をする。
  
• ゲストの医療緊急事態、施設のアラームの発生故障、火災時など、夜間の緊急事態を管理する。
  
• 夜勤フロントスタッフが担当するすべての責任を引き受け、実行する。
  
• メンテナンスなどの部門と協力して、修繕および施設の問題に迅速な解決策を確保する。
  
• SOP 、ポリシー、手順、およびサービス標準の遵守の徹底、開発、実行する。
  
• ホテルの運営状況を概説し、必要に応じて改善すべき点等をまとめた包括的なレポートの作成。
  
• The Luxe Nomad x NISADE の価値観と目標に合わせて、スタッフのパフォーマンスを監督および評価する。
  
• スタッフに対する継続的なガイダンスと、チームとの顧客エクスペリエンスを向上させるためにマネージメントへのフィードバックを行う。
  
• リーダーシップを示す。
  
• 安全衛生規則およびその他の法的要件を遵守していることを確認する。
  
• 施設の状態を最高の基準で維持する。
  

• Possesses knowledge and proficiency hotel PMS and confident in executing check-in and check-out procedures.
  
• Delivering exemplary customer service to guests by providing information about hotel facilities and services.
  
• Monitoring guest activities to guarantee a pleasant stay and promptly addressing any concerns they may raise.
  
• Resolve issues related to hotel services, complaints, policies, and amenities, overseeing service recovery procedures.
  
• Manage overnight emergencies, including situations involving guest medical emergencies, facility alarm malfunctions, fire emergencies, and other incidents.
  
• Capable of undertaking and carrying out all responsibilities handled by Night Auditors.
  
• Collaborating with various departments such as maintenance to ensure timely resolution of repairs and facility issues.
  
• Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies, procedures, and service standards.
  
• Generating comprehensive reports outlining the status of hotel operations and highlighting areas for improvement if required.
  
• Supervise and evaluate staff performance in alignment with The Luxe Nomad x NISADE values and goals.
  
• Provide ongoing guidance to staff and general feedback to management to enhance customer experience with the team.
  
• Leading by example.
  
• Ensure hotel compliance with health and safety regulations and other legal requirements.
  
• Maintain the hotel condition to the highest standards.

• 流暢 / ビジネスレベルの英語と日本語が必要

• Fluent/business-level English and Japanese required

3.6 - 4.2m yen/year value contract package
