Job Description

Appealing Points:

• Leverage deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics AX/F&O : Ideal for professionals with 6+ years in AX 2012 or multiple D365 F&O implementations, offering opportunities to lead complex solution design.
• Contribute as a functional expert across the full supply chain : Engage in business analysis and functional consulting across procurement, sales, warehousing, inventory, and MRP—driving process improvements using best practices.
• Utilize bilingual capabilities in a global consulting environment : Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English enables collaboration with diverse stakeholders and involvement in proposal activities for international projects

Annual Salary : 10 million and above

Job Qualification:

• At least 6 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 or at least 2 implementations in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
• At least 7-8 years of experience in business analysis or functional consulting in Supply Chain Processes including Warehouse and Transportation
• Experience in the following modules. Procurement and Sourcing, Sales and Marketing, Product Information Management, Warehouse Management, Inventory Management & MRP.
• Strong proficiency across areas of industry knowledge and best practices.
• Ability to understand and use advance analysis methods to identify and resolve complex client scenarios
• High impact Communication skills
• Business Acumen
• Customer Orientation
• Planning and Co-ordination skills
• Business level proficiency in Japanese and English

Preferred

• Knowledge of Proposal building methods
• Microsoft Dynamics FO/AX certifications preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external integrations, documentation, and mapping current business processes
• Experience and desire to work in a consulting environment that requires regular travel

Japanese languages: Business  level Japanese (N2) and business level English required.
