What You'll Do:

• Transform Lives Through Exceptional Service: Your role will be essential in creating an outstanding homebuying experience. Youll build relationships with homebuyers, providing them with expert guidance and clear communication throughout the entire loan process.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Be the vital link between the borrower, the sales team, and underwriting. Ensure that every customer feels supported and informed at every stage of their journey to homeownership.
• Manage Loan Files with Precision: Handle multiple loan files simultaneously, gather required documentation, and ensure timely and accurate processing of all mortgages.
• Ensure Smooth Closings: From setting up loan files to coordinating closing paperwork, youll ensure that all documents are complete and correct before passing them to the closing team for a seamless process.

What Were Looking For:

• A Customer Service Champion: Youre a pro at communication, both verbal and written, with a strong commitment to providing an outstanding customer experience.
• A Detail-Oriented, Multi-Tasking Expert: You can juggle multiple priorities, stay organized, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
• Preferred Education: A Bachelors degree or relevant experience is a plus!
