Merchandising Specialist Opportunity

About the Position  

We're seeking a detail-oriented  Merchandiser for a short-term contract at a gas station. This role is perfect for someone with previous merchandising experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment with a small team. Date: Aug 19 , 2025 (only 1-day Contract) Time: 12pm-8pm

Key Responsibilities  

• Planogram Execution : Accurately and efficiently merchandise planograms to ensure shelves are visually appealing and products are correctly placed. 
• Pricing & Labeling : Create and install price labels to ensure accurate product information. 
• Stocking & Product Placement : Fill planograms with products from the backroom, ensuring shelves are fully stocked and organized. 
• Inventory Management : Monitor stock levels, identify low inventory, and maintain accurate inventory records. 
• Retail Basics : Perform essential tasks such as stocking, facing, and maintaining shelf presentation standards. 
• Policy Adherence : Follow all company and store policies to ensure a safe and professional working environment. 
• Professional Presentation : Maintain a polished appearance, including wearing the uniform and name tag. 
• Support Tasks : Assist with other duties as required to support store operations. 

Qualifications  

• Merchandising Experience : Previous experience in merchandising is required. 
• Physical Stamina : Ability to lift 30-40 lbs comfortably. 
• Commitment : Must be available for the full duration of the contract. 
• Attention to Detail : Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
