Job Responsibilities Provide world-class customer service Teach high quality Mat Pilates with a focus in improving strength, flexibility, mobility, and stability Teach a safe, educational, and professional class Use succinct cueing delivered with a full range of expression Accommodate different levels of fitness and abilities by offering modifications Create a clean, organized, and comfortable environment for Pilates instruction Building community: have strong attendance during peak-time classes and off-peak classes demonstrate consistent attendance building over time Job Requirements Certification in Mat Pilates from a nationally recognized organization Minimum 1 year teaching experience, preferred 2+ years teaching experience Equivalent of 150+ hours teaching experience (e.g., 2 classes/week for 1.5 years) Long-term availability to teach classes at San Francisco and to sub throughout the week Additional Information Pay range is commensurate with experience and starts at $43 to $48 per hour Movement is an Equal Opportunity Employer encouraging diversity in the workplace.
