Northern Lights Resort & Spa is an award-winning luxury retreat in the heart of the Yukon wilderness, attracting guests from around the world to experience the magic of the Aurora Borealis. We’re looking for a talented and motivated Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team and help us reach new heights.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and implement a robust SEO strategy to boost online visibility

• Manage Google and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns

• Create and execute a social media strategy across current and emerging platforms, with a strong focus on video content

• Oversee social media channels and ensure consistent, engaging communication

• Produce high-quality, original content aligned with our brand identity and guest experience

• Engage directly with guests (before, during, and after their stay) to generate authentic content and strengthen our online presence

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in digital marketing, ideally within tourism or hospitality

• Solid skills in SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads management

• Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for content creation

• Confident communicator with the ability to connect with guests and build a community around our brand

• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects

• Familiarity with analytics tools and performance reporting
