A leading global software organization is seeking a Dynamics 365 System Application Manager to oversee, optimize, and scale its enterprise ERP environment. About the Role

Reporting into senior leadership within a large international finance organization, this role is responsible for managing and enhancing the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations platform. The successful candidate will lead ongoing system administration, support business transformation initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the ERP system evolves with organizational needs.

What You’ll Do

• Administer and configure the D365 environment, including system settings, workflows, and security roles.
• Support and maintain integrations through data management frameworks, OData, and Power Platform connections.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues using lifecycle and cloud management tools.
• Lead user support and training, acting as the SME for global finance teams and building a support function.
• Plan and execute upgrades, patches, and enhancements, including UAT coordination and governance.
• Play a key role in a multi-year ERP migration project from a legacy system to D365, driving process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Maintain system documentation and enforce governance standards in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

What You Bring

• Strong experience with D365 Finance & Supply Chain Management administration, including lifecycle services, security, batch jobs, and integrations.
• Working knowledge of cloud identity and access management, basic Azure fundamentals, and Power Platform tools.
• Familiarity with integration concepts (APIs, data events) and DevOps pipelines.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort working across global teams and external consultants.
• Leadership experience in building or managing support teams.
• Strong understanding of financial or ERP business processes is an asset.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
