They offer a collaborative and supportive work environment, and are currently looking for an experienced Logistics Strategy Senior Manager to drive their logistics operations forward.■Role & ResponsibilitiesYou will be a key player in shaping and implementing the company's logistics strategy, focusing on warehouse optimization, cost reduction, and digital transformation. You will lead initiatives to improve operational performance, mentor team members, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious goals. You'll be directly involved in hands-on improvements, shaping the future of logistics for this major player.■Main tasks include・Lead cost reduction initiatives, focusing on improving warehouse and transportation efficiency.・Develop and implement strategies to enhance warehouse performance and achieve targeted improvements.・Mentor and coach warehouse supervisors and data engineers in best practices.・Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align logistics strategies with overall business objectives.・Lead the deployment of the Logistics Digital Shift roadmap, including data analysis and reporting.・Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to provide key insights into logistics data.・Champion the adoption of Lean principles and tools to drive operational excellence.・Overcome barriers and challenge the status quo to find cost-effective solutions.If you are interested in this exciting opportunity, apply now.We look forward to hearing from you.

求められる経験
■Requirements
・Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
・Proven experience in leading operational excellence/LEAN initiatives in a logistics environment.
・Significant experience using Power BI for logistics reporting and analysis.
・Experience with digital transformations in logistics (e.g., Python, Power Automate, etc.).
・Expertise in problem-solving, training, and coaching.
・Experience implementing and strong knowledge of ・Lean and Six Sigma methodologies (Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred).
・Demonstrated expertise in logistics processes, ERP, and WMS systems.
・Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Japanese.
・Strong project management skills and experience in a multi-site, multi-cultural environment.
・Experience in the medical device industry is a plus.
