Job Description

Appealing Points:

• Leverage top-tier commercial data sources to drive strategic insights  Work handson with IQVIA, Symphony, and Veeva CRM data to address key business use cases like salesforce optimization, brand performance analytics, and patient journey mapping.
• Endtoend ownership from requirement crafting to validation  Own the full cycle—from drafting BRD/LLR documents, validating dashboards via Tableau/PowerBI, coordinating with ETL and dashboard developers, to executing functional tests ensuring data accuracy.
• Be the bridge between business needs and technical execution  Lead workshops and crossfunctional alignment, turning business needs into tangible analytics solutions that make an impact across teams.

Annual salary: 10 million and above

Qualification :

• Act as a domain advisor to internal IT and product teams by providing in-depth insights into commercial data sources (e.g., IQVIA, Symphony, Veeva CRM).
• Analyze and interpret commercial data types including IQVIA, prescription claims, sales data, and CRM interactions.
• Write detailed business/functional requirement documents and validate metrics and visualizations using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements for analytics, reporting, and data integration.
• Conduct workshops and solutioning sessions for use cases such as Sales force effectiveness, Brand performance, Patient journey analytics, and Omnichannel performance tracking.
• Perform hands-on data analysis on various commercial data sources including IQVIA (DDD,Xponent), Wholesale Sales, Prescription Data, CRM Data (Veeva), HCP/HCO master data, Rx & Claims data, and Field activity metrics.
• Create comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRD) or Low-Level Requirements (LLR).
• Explain requirements and use cases to development teams including ETL developers, data modelers, and dashboard developers.
• Develop and execute functional test cases to validate data correctness and completeness.
• Lead cross-functional discussions and align diverse stakeholder groups.
• Bridge business requirements and technical implementation on data and analytics platforms.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Understanding of Ex-US landscape related sales data sets is a plus.

Language Skills: Native level Japanese (JLPT N) and Business level English
