開業1周年を迎えた「メルキュール東京日比谷」のホテル内レストラン・カフェ＆バー
「La Scène（ラ・セヌ）」で第二期創業メンバーを各種充実した環境を揃えて募集します。
夜勤シフトなし・年間休日115日・公休月9～10日なので、プライベートを大切に働くことができる環境です！
部署によりますが、時間外労働は月平均5～20時間と少なく、残業手当も全額支給のため、無理なく安心して働けるのが魅力です。
そのため、皆さんのライフスタイルに合わせた、それぞれの「働き方」を実現することができます。

仕事内容
【正社員】料理長（Executive chef）
レストラン「La Scène（ラ・セヌ）」の調理業務全般、店舗運営全般を担当していただきます
≪雇用条件・就業条件≫
雇用形態： 正社員
試用期間6ヶ月（条件変動なし）
勤務地： 日比谷（新橋・内幸町・銀座の各駅も最寄）
給与：年収 650万円～800万円（入社時期により想定年収は異なります）
基本給×12ヵ月＋賞与を含んだ金額です
※副料理長(Sous chef)の場合：520万〜630万円
月給 50万円～60万円
基本給のみの金額です
※管理監督者の為、残業代は未支給
※副料理長(Sous chef)の場合：40万〜47万円
・月給額は経験や能力を考慮の上、決定します
・経験により優遇します
勤務時間：6：00～22：00内でのシフト制勤務
※休憩1時間・実働8時間
※泊まり込みの勤務などはございません
