Job Description

Why Join Salisbury Landscaping

Are you ready to bring your creativity and expertise to a company that values innovation, craftsmanship, and people? At Salisbury Landscaping, we don’t just design outdoor spaces—we create environments that inspire, connect, and last for generations.

As a Landscape Designer with us, you’ll have the opportunity to shape high-end residential projects from concept through completion, backed by a team that believes in collaboration, professionalism, and doing things the right way.

Why is this role Different?

This isn’t about cookie-cutter yards or mass-produced plans. You’ll be trusted to create unique designs that reflect each client’s vision, lifestyle, and budget. From the first consultation to the final walkthrough, you’ll guide clients through a premium experience—turning ideas into stunning, functional landscapes.

You’ll balance creativity with precision: crafting designs, managing estimates, coordinating with crews, and ensuring every detail aligns with the client’s expectations. It’s a role for someone who thrives on both the artistry and the business side of landscape design.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Creative Visionary: You love turning client dreams into buildable, budget-conscious designs that inspire.
  • Client-Focused Communicator: You’re confident presenting ideas, building trust, and guiding clients through every stage of the project.
  • Organized Multitasker: You can juggle multiple projects and clients at once without losing track of the details.
  • Construction-Savvy: You understand how designs translate into reality and can troubleshoot issues on site.
  • In-Field Experience: Time spent working hands-on in landscape installation or construction would be highly beneficial to understanding buildability, materials, and workflow.
  • Growth-Minded: You’re motivated to refine systems, learn new tools, and contribute to Salisbury’s reputation as a leader in premium landscaping.

What We Offer

  • Established Reputation: Join one of Alberta’s most recognized and trusted landscape companies, known for award-winning designs and installations.
  •   Inspirational Work: Be part of high-end, premium residential projects that challenge you creatively and professionally.
  •   Empowering Culture: Work within a collaborative, supportive team where your ideas matter and initiative is encouraged.
  • Perks that Matter: Tiered commission structure—earn more as you grow your client base. Comprehensive benefits package. Group RRSP program after one year of service. Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
