Responsibilities

• Assist Japanese-speaking customers with technical inquiries regarding luxury car models and features.
• Provide timely and effective solutions to customer issues while maintaining high-quality service.
• Become an expert on the latest luxury car technology and features to better serve clients.
• Log and document customer interactions accurately in the company's system.
• Work closely with other support teams to ensure comprehensive client assistance.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
• Contribute to team performance by providing feedback and improving processes.

Requirements

• Fluency in Japanese and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to customer service excellence.
• A background in tech support, automotive, or related fields is preferred.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
• Team player with a positive attitude and great interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new culture.
