Job Description

Lead and manage IT operations, infrastructure, and a small team while providing hands-on support for retail systems. Oversee projects, vendors, and budgets, while collaborating with global teams to ensure smooth IT performance.

Description

Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, network, and security.
Lead and support a small IT team in Japan.
Provide Level POS system support for retail stores.
Troubleshoot IT issues and escalate when necessary.
Oversee IT assets, budgets, and external vendors.
Document IT processes and educate users.
Report to the Japan Finance & IT Controller and APAC IT Manager.

Profile

At least 5 years of IT experience in a global environment
Language: Japanese (Fluent), English (Fluent)
Strong knowledge of Windows Servers, Active Directory, and networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN)
Ability to work independently and manage IT projects
Leadership experience managing a small IT team
