About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Investment Analyst to join our dynamic investment banking team. In this role, you will work directly under an Associate and report to a Managing Director, gaining hands-on experience across a wide range of transactions. This is an exceptional opportunity to develop expertise in buy-side and sell-side advisory, M&A transactions, and debt and equity capital raises.

You will play a key role in supporting deal execution, financial modeling, and client presentations, while working alongside senior professionals in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transaction Support: Assist in the execution of buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions, as well as capital raising activities for both debt and equity.
• Financial Modeling: Build and maintain detailed financial models, including DCF, LBO, merger models, and comparable company analyses.
• Industry & Company Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research, valuation analysis, and due diligence on potential investment opportunities.
• Presentation Materials: Prepare pitch books, investor presentations, and management presentations for clients and internal teams.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Associates and senior bankers to support deal origination and execution.
• Client Interaction: Participate in client meetings and conference calls as needed.

• Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or related field.

  Technical Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel for financial modeling and valuation techniques.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, capital structure, and corporate finance concepts.

  Other Skills:

  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
