本ポジションは、当社における内部統制体制の整備・運用をリードし、リスクを最小化すると共に、業務の効率性とコンプライアンスを確保する役割を担います。
また、統制上の不備や潜在的なリスクをいちはやく検知し、関係各署と連携して有効かつ実現可能性の高い改善プランを策定するための専門的なアドバイスを提供します。
またこのポジションは、組織横断的に業務を遂行する内部統制チームの一員として、グループ本社および日本法人のマネジメントをはじめすべての部署と緊密に連携し、健全な事業活動のサポートと内部統制の強化を遂行できる高いコミュニケーションスキルが求められます。さらに、プロセスの効率化や最適化、デジタル化、ペーパーレスに関連する様々なイニシアチブや組織横断的なプロジェクトにも積極的に参加することが期待されています。
