About the Company:
They are a leading pharmaceutical company focused on delivering innovative healthcare solutions. With continued growth and expansion, they are seeking an experienced Internal Audit Manager.

Role Summary:
The Internal Audit Manager will lead the development and enhancement of our internal audit and control systems. This role will focus on aligning internal processes with J-SOX and US-SOX requirements, executing audit plans, and ensuring robust financial and IT controls.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and enhance internal audit and control systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Plan, design, and execute the annual audit plan, including US-SOX compliance audits

Improve audit methodologies aligned with J-SOX standards, where applicable

Evaluate and document Internal Controls over Financial Reporting

Conduct IT audits, covering applications, infrastructure, and access management

Prepare clear and actionable audit reports; track and follow up on remediation plans

Coordinate audit policies, findings, and reports with the Audit Committee

Act as the key liaison with external auditors

Lead, mentor, and support the professional development of audit team members

Assist in fraud risk assessments and investigations, as necessary

Requirements:
At least 5-7 years of experience in internal audit, risk management, or compliance

Professional certifications such as CPA, CIA, or CISA preferred

Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English
