Ils/Elles offrent des expériences enrichissantes, ancrées dans la méthode Pilates classique tout en y intégrant une approche moderne et dynamique. Chaque séance est soigneusement construite pour renforcer, aligner et revitaliser les participants. Grâce à leur style unique et leur expertise, ils/elles inspirent nos membres à revenir, encore et encore.

Requirements :
A passion for movement and wellness
Recognized certification in Mat Pilates
Experience teaching group classes
