自身が担当する業界の持続的成長を実現するための、計画＆実行

1. Industry Go-to-Market

まずは、業界予算を達成するために、良質なパイプラインとエンゲージメント実行を推進します。当然、ひとりではできませんので、それらの戦略を計画し、関係する仲間と共に実行していきます。NLAC下では、テリトリ全体を見渡し、自身がどのサブアーキタイプに、どんなゲームを仕掛けるのか？を考える必要があります。

1. Industry Expertise as a Service

次に、CVJの実行サポートです。特に、Discoverフェーズの活動コンディションを良質化に貢献していきます。その為には、業界軸でのゲームプラン定義・定着やアカウントプランへの反映などでもリーダーシップが求められます

1. Industry Proficiency Scaling

最後は、業界知見、経験を展開できる仕組み・仕掛け創りです。幾つかの業界で始まっている（お客様の）変革者を対象としたIndustry Community活動などが良い例です。この様に、コミュニケーションを通じたお客様の自走化を推進していきます。また、今後は業界ごとに戦略パートーナが自走化できる仕組み創りも重要になるでしょう。
