Type: Full-Time Pay Rate: $20 /Hr Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM

Key Responsibilities - Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records to ensure Quality fulfillment services
- Coordinates cycle counts as scheduled or as requested by the client
- Help with completing physical inventory as scheduled or as requested by the client
- Review and analyze daily inventory adjustments and changes
- Assist with reports and analysis of inventory control results and activities
- Analyze inventory metrics and recommend improvements
- Develop, maintain and evaluate databases and queries/reports to support inventory control analysis and reporting
- Assess existing business processes and logic that impact companywide inventory operations
- Support or adapt existing applications (WMS, GEM, Collateral, Access, Excel), tools, and reporting as needed
- Monitor slotting by velocity codes to ensure warehouses are set up accurately and effectively
- Analyze data and audit processes (e.g. returns and inventory movement analysis
- Work with IT to develop and resolve report and system problems.
- Perform projects, analyses, and data extractions as assigned.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Support and maintain corporate quality, health, and safety standards, processes, policies, practices and work instructions. (ISO standards where applicable)
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications - High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 2+ years of combined warehouse and inventory control experience
- Excellent math, reading, communication (verbal and written), and problem solving/analytical skills
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Attention to detail, solid judgment and decision-making skills
- Forklift certification may be required
- Ability to lift/move up to 40 lbs solo or greater weights in a team lift
- MS Word and MS Excel experience
- Previous LEAN warehouse, continuous improvement, and/or Six Sigma experience preferred
- Previous Warehouse Management (WMS) experience required
