Tactical Security Guards & Loss Prevention Officers – London, Ontario (Full-Time | $20–$22.50/hr)

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Retail Loss Prevention and Investigation skills
• Strong Communication and Surveillance skills
• Experience with Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) operations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
• Previous experience in law enforcement or security is an asset

💼 Position Type:

• Full-Time
• Some overnight shifts required
• Immediate openings at high-profile and stable sites
  

• Conduct proactive patrols and respond to incidents swiftly
• De-escalate conflicts professionally using tactical communication
• Ensure site safety and enforce policies and procedures
• Write clear and detailed incident reports
• Work independently or as part of a tactical response team
  

• Monitor retail floor for theft and fraud using both floor presence and CCTV
• Conduct investigations and apprehend offenders in compliance with law and policy
• Liaise with store management and local law enforcement when needed
• Maintain detailed logs and reports of incidents
• Prevent loss through deterrence and strong observational skills
  

• Valid Ontario Security Guard License
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
• Physically fit and alert
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations professionally
• Must be available for full-time shifts, including some overnights
• Tactical training and/or prior loss prevention experience is an asset
  

$20.00 – $22.50/hour , based on experience and site placement

Various full-time sites available throughout London, Ontario
