業務内容
1. Payroll Operations•Oversees payroll-related processes for approximately 100 head office employees.•Supports labor management for around 900 store employees.•Prepares and verifies monthly attendance data and payroll base information (payroll processing is outsourced).•Calculates bonuses and simulates salary revisions.•Responds to various employee inquiries related to payroll.2. Benefits Administration•Manages company-wide benefits for approximately 1,000 employees, including:oDefined contribution pension plansoGroup medical insurance•Ensures accurate enrollment, updates, and communication of benefit programs.3. Data Management & Reporting•Aggregates payroll and benefits data for internal and external reporting.•Prepares reports for the accounting team and conducts simulations for salary increases and bonuses.•Compiles compliance-related reports for submission to the French headquarters.4. Policy Development & Compliance•Monitors legal and regulatory changes affecting payroll and benefits.•Updates internal policies and proposes improvements to HR and benefits systems.•Ensures compliance with local labor laws and global standards.5. HR Projects & Employee Engagement•Participates in HR initiatives and cross-functional projects.•Coordinates internal off-site meetings and company events such as Family Day.•Contributes to operational efficiency and enhances employee engagement across the organization.

求められる経験
Required Qualifications]
•Minimum of 5 years of experience in labor management at a business company (experience in the retail industry is a plus)
•Proficient in data management and analysis using Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, IF functions), with experience creating presentations in PowerPoint
[Preferred Qualifications]
•Experience in labor management at a foreign-affiliated company, with opportunities to use English and an intermediate level of English proficiency
•Certified Social Insurance and Labor Consultant or certified Industrial Health and Safety Officer
•Experience in other HR functions such as recruitment, training and development, or as an HR business partner
