  • At least 1 year of administrative experience, or experience as a sales assistant.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills (mainly with internal staff and vendors).
  • Japanese proficiency at JLPT N1 level or equivalent.

You will handle a wide range of back-office operations, including:

  • Supporting the management department.
  • Preparing, issuing, and managing invoices.
  • Entering accounting data, journal entries, and ledger management (*using Freee software).
  • Preparing HR-related documents and managing employee information.
  • General administrative tasks, including organizing and improving internal rules and workflows.
  • Assisting with tasks related to the company’s future listing on the stock exchange.
