Job Description

Salary: $70,000-$80,000

What your future day will look like:

  • Organize and lead recruiting efforts
  • Develop new recruiting strategies
  • Enhance a network of business partners to assist in recruiting efforts
  • Create job postings and strategize with other teams on optimal recruitment signage
  • Travel regionally to different locations to interview and assist in onboarding
  • Manage a team of field recruiters

Type: Direct Hire

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ Years of retail staffing or recruiting experience
  • Associate Degree or higher
  • 3+ years of experience managing a team of recruiters
  • Demonstrated knowledge of high volume, full cycle recruiting
  • Ability to provide strategic guidance to recruiters and business partners
  • Clean driving record
