Job Description

A globally recognized consumer goods company is seeking a Head of Finance to lead its Japan finance operations. This is a strategic leadership role suited for a seasoned finance professional with strong industry experience and a passion for driving business results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance
• Partner with commercial and operational teams to support strategic decision-making
• Lead financial planning and analysis to drive growth and efficiency
• Ensure alignment with global finance policies and local regulatory requirements
• Manage and develop a high-performing finance team

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role
• Background in retail or FMCG industries strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of both local and international accounting standards
• Fluency in Japanese and English is mandatory
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
