Job Description

Organization Description

Meet the Motivators Inc. (MTM) is a non-profit organization dedicated to educating, inspiring, and empowering women and girls of all ages, with a special focus on the BIPOC community. Our goal is to foster growth in leadership positions within grassroots communities and careers. Incorporated as a Not for Profit in 2021, we believe that promoting women's leadership is not only a matter of justice but also a powerful catalyst for unlocking significant economic potential.

Our mission is to educate, inspire, and empower. We strive to achieve this through two key initiatives the Meet the Motivators Symposium and the newly launched Resilient Woman program. The symposium spans two days and has two main components. First, we fulfill our educational mandate by offering over 10 interactive classes led by experts and delivered within accredited educational institutions. The second component is a celebratory dinner on the second day, featuring notable keynote speakers from across Canada. This event combines education with celebration, aiming to generate funding for our partner charities and the Resilient Woman Program. This newly launched program (August 2023) provides year-round access to workshops, mentorship, and community-building offering comprehensive training and support at no cost to all attendees. The symposium has become a signature event over the few short years of our existence, growing in popularity each year by attracting larger crowds and influential speakers. Our keynote speakers, known as the ‘Motivators,’ embody the essence of the program, "Celebrating Women in Leadership.” The symposium has become a transformative experience for many women who attend from across the province.

Our focus is on economic empowerment and addressing gender disparity in leadership roles to mitigate its societal impact. We are committed to cultivating as many female leaders as our resources allow, particularly in socioeconomically challenged communities facing physical, mental, emotional, and financial obstacles. Our team of seasoned professionals embodies inclusive collaboration, bringing together female leaders from diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds.

About The Resilient Woman Program

Our programs offer structured interactive workshops and virtual and in-person training. This monthly program provides multiple benefits to our attendees such as mentoring, coaching, and judgment-free interactive sessions led by expert facilitators. This program is open to all individuals. The development of this program is an extension of Meet the Motivator's yearly symposium “Celebrating Women in Leadership". This FREE monthly virtual 10-month Mastermind program will deal with a myriad of topics not limited to those who have experienced trauma relating to physical, mental, emotional, and financial hardship due to circumstances beyond their control.
