Role and Responsibilities:

Good technical, communication and organisational skills are required to provide effective engineering and end to end implementation of security integration projects and civil scope of works. This includes design, build, HSE and Quality Assurance tasks to ensure the timely delivery and handover of the project to the client directly contributing to AVTEL’s mission of delivering excellent customer.

Based in the Kansai area and reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be a part of a team of Engineers and Technicians, and you will focus on the successful installation and commissioning of Integrated Security projects. Using your security system knowledge in combination with organisation, task and time management skills, you will execute the project through its progressive stages, to achieve completion within specified time and budget.

Expectations & Tasks:

• Conduct the Site Inspection Survey of the Project site.
• Assist in preparation and implementation of Project Execution Plan (PEP).
• Execute the project within the time frame agreed with the client, provide technical support to the team and maintain documentation as required to execute the project. 
• Responsible for onsite supervision and implementation of the installation of an electronic security system. 
• Support the execution team in commissioning the systems and test and acceptance procedures. 
• Attend Weekly Progress Meetings (Internal and with Client).
• Monitor work in progress and prepare weekly report on the status of each assignment.
• Ensure all procedures and calculations are submitted to the client for review and approval.
• Coordinate materials and assist in logistics, shipment and receipt at construction site.
• Coordinate with all project related personnel on day to day progress of work, procurement and operations to ensure timely completion of the project.
• Distribute all documents to subcontractors and maintain document logs.

スキル・資格

Skills, Culture and Experience:

• Relevant experience in handling execution of large security systems projects.
• Project execution with understanding of project reports and operational controls. 
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of low current systems including Access Control, CCTV, Fire Alarm, Intercom, Gate barriers, Intruder Alarm, Network configuration etc. 
• Exceptional Time management skill with an ability to prioritise and plan work effectively.
• Strong team member, collaborator and self-starter.
• Strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple deliverables.
• Excellent communication, analytical, diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Work effectively across cross-functional lines, in coordination with others involved in technical services

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor of Engineering degree/diploma holder in Electrical, Electronics, or equivalent
• 1級電気通信工事施工管理技士
