Annual Salary :8 million and above

Responsibilities

• Understand and analyze the business Process of Airline Business or logistics
• Collaborate/Discuss with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements.
• Create detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions.
• Participate in testing and validating new systems and processes to meet business requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts.
• Write the test scripts for the new business process.
• Coordinate with offshore for test execution, implement solutions to ensure they align with business goals.

Qualifications:

• Analytical aptitude, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to clearly and practically convey complicated information
• Excellent Communication skills to coordinate with customer , service providers and IT members.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• About 3-15 years of experience with prior experience as IT business analyst (BA)
• Experience as an IT consultant, PM, and PMO
• Native level Japanese and Business level English skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Airline/Logistics Domain Knowledge
• Experience in global projects
• Technical Proficiency in JAVA, UI or AWS
