With a focus on innovation and creativity, they value professionals who are passionate about their craft and dedicated to providing exceptional client experiences.■Summary of the Position:As a Fragrance Trainer, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our client's fragrance business by developing and delivering impactful training programs. You will be responsible for equipping beauty consultants (BCs) and sales teams with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to provide expert advice and exceptional service to clients. This is a dynamic role that blends in-class, online, and on-the-floor training to ensure the highest standards in fragrance product knowledge and selling skills.■Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the Fragrance Training Manager to design and implement training programs across multiple platforms (e-learning, in-person, online). - Prepare and maintain training materials, including manuals and digital resources, to support ongoing development. - Lead engaging training sessions for new hires and experienced professionals to improve fragrance consultation, product knowledge, and storytelling abilities. - Provide on-site coaching to sales teams, offering support at counters and events while gathering feedback for continuous improvement. - Monitor training outcomes and provide recommendations to enhance future programs.

求められる経験
■ Education:
・University graduate preferable

■ Experience:
・Minimum 3 years’ experience as trainer and/or sales staff of fragrance & cosmetic field preferable.
・Training experience in other industry
experience.

■Language:
・Good Japanese writing/speaking skills
・Fluent English communication is preferable.

■Skills/ Competencies:
・Strong communication and presentation ability.
・Highly motivated
・Passionate and willing to learn the
cosmetics.
・Flexible to accept and challenge the new things
・Interpersonal skills
・Customer Focus,
・PC skills (Power point, Word, Excel)
