Job Description

A globally recognized leader in medical and scientific solutions is seeking a skilled FP&A Analyst to join its dynamic finance team. This role offers the opportunity to work at the heart of strategic decision-making, supporting global operations through insightful financial planning and analysis.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across global business units
Collaborate cross-functionally with regional and international teams to drive financial performance
Prepare executive-level reports and presentations using Excel, PowerPoint, and financial tools
Provide strategic insights to senior leadership through data-driven analysis

Qualifications
3+ years of experience in FP&A, accounting, or financial analysis at a global company
Strong knowledge of accounting principles (equivalent to Nissho Boki Level 2 or higher)
Proven experience in budget planning, forecasting, and variance analysis
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis tools (e.g., SAP, Power BI)
Fluency in both Japanese and English
Strong communication and collaboration skills across cultures and functions
