We are searching for a passionate and ambitious individual to join our team as a Founder's Associate.

Role Overview:

As a Founder's Associate at Nucs AI, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the leadership team with a variety of business-related initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to work side-by-side with the founders, gaining invaluable hands-on experience in a dynamic startup environment. We're looking for someone who is highly adaptable, proactive, and eager to make a tangible impact. Prior experience in startups, MedTech, or the US SaMD (Software as a Medical Device) market is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day business operations and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to inform business development and growth strategies.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and other documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage communications with investors, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Support fundraising efforts and investor relations activities.
  • Contribute insights to product development discussions, reflecting market trends and needs.
  • Ensure smooth administrative operations across the team.
  • Play a key role in marketing and market access initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • A keen interest in startups and the MedTech space.
  • Strong ability to multitask, learn quickly, and adapt to new challenges.
  • Analytical mindset with solid problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and CRM software is an asset.
  • Experience in a startup environment, MedTech, or US SaMD market is a significant plus.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Biomedical Engineering, or a relevant field.

  • Previous experience in startups, with exposure to the MedTech industry or the US Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) market, is highly advantageous.
  • Ability to conduct market research and provide insights to support business growth and strategic initiatives.
  • Exceptional multitasking skills, able to manage day-to-day operations while handling high-priority tasks such as investor relations and business development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges in a dynamic startup.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and CRM software is a plus.
