We're looking for a Flyer Distribution & Brand Ambassador to support our marketing efforts in Kelowna! This is the perfect role for someone who enjoys walking, exploring neighborhoods, listening to music/podcasts, and meeting new people —all while getting paid.

What You'll Be Doing:

✅ Flyer Distribution (3 days/week) - Walking designated routes in Kelowna to deliver flyers to homes and businesses.✅ Brand Representation - Being a friendly face for our company, answering basic questions if homeowners inquire.✅ Property Research (2 days/week) - Visiting homes and taking exterior photos to help us build accurate pricing for our services.✅ Yard Sign Placement - Setting up promotional signs in key locations to increase brand visibility.

What We're Looking For:

Reliable & Trustworthy - You'll be working solo, so honesty and accountability are key. Physically Active - This job requires lots of walking, so you should enjoy being on your feet. Good with People - You'll occasionally chat with homeowners, so a friendly and respectful attitude is important. Detail-Oriented - When scouting properties, you'll need to follow instructions and take clear photos. Self-Motivated - You like setting goals and getting things done efficiently.

Requirements:

✔ Must have a smartphone for navigation, tracking, and property photos.✔ Must have reliable transportation to get to assigned routes and properties.✔ Must be comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions.✔ Previous experience in marketing, delivery, or customer service is a plus (but not required).

Compensation & Schedule:

Starting at $20/hour with opportunities for raises based on performance. Full-time, flexible daytime hours - Work 5 days a week (3 flyer distribution, 2 property research).
