Fire Marshal | City of Regina

As Fire Marshal, youll lead the development and execution of a comprehensive fire prevention program for the City. From enforcing fire codes and conducting inspections to leading investigations and public education initiatives, your work will directly impact the safety and well-being of our community. As part of our leadership team, youll also contribute to city-wide projects and strategic initiatives.

What You Bring

- Deep knowledge of fire prevention, suppression, and investigation practices
- Strong grasp of fire-related legislation, codes, and bylaws
- Experience interpreting technical drawings and fire suppression systems
- Proven leadership in program development, budgeting, and HR management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Calm, decisive presence in high-pressure emergency situations
