Job Description
- Provide proactive financial support and insights to help drive performance and enhance profitability
- Create and manage Purchase and Order lists
- Develop and present financial analysis reports comparing current and next year's spending to support budgeting and cash flow planning
- Build and maintain forecasting sheets aligned with project progress and business input
- Analyse financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define roles, clarify expectations, and propose actionable ideas
- Work closely with the sales and project teams to align financial planning with operational needs
- Utilise Excel and other tools to produce clear, data-driven reports

Requirements
- Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
- Proven experience in financial controlling, preferably in large-scale infrastructure or construction projects
- Ability to engage and influence stakeholders across multiple functions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Japanese native level, English business level

Salary

500,000 - 600,000 yen per month
