Lead financial planning & analysis and system management for a dynamic international team! 1-year fixed-term contract.■About the companyOur client is a leading global player in the life sciences industry, known for its commitment to innovation and cutting-edge technology. They foster a collaborative and supportive environment, valuing both individual contributions and teamwork.■Role & ResponsibilitiesYou will be a key member of the finance team, driving the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) process, managing financial systems, and partnering with business leaders. You'll play a crucial role in supporting strategic decision-making and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting. You will work closely with various departments and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment. 求められる経験
■Requirements
・Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
・5+ years of experience in FP&A, ideally within a multinational corporation.
・Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, charting).
・Proficiency in at least one automation/BI tool (VBA, Python, or Power BI).
・Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Japanese and English.
