With a strong presence in multiple countries and a commitment to innovation, they offer a dynamic and rewarding work environment.■Role & ResponsibilitiesYou will be a key member of the Global Emerging Markets (GEM) Finance team, partnering closely with business leaders to drive commercial performance and achieve strategic objectives. You will be the finance point of contact for key stakeholders, providing insightful financial analysis, and collaborating across teams to solve complex challenges. You'll have the opportunity to influence strategic decisions, build strong relationships with business partners, and contribute to the growth and success of a rapidly expanding business unit. 求められる経験
■Requirements
・Extensive (10+ years) senior finance experience driving business performance, preferably in the Healthcare/Medical Devices industry.
・Proven ability to partner with business leaders to execute strategic plans and drive growth.
・Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into insightful storytelling.
・Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a matrix environment.
・Higher studies in Business, Finance, or Economics (desirable).
・Fluent English (written and spoken) is essential; Local language proficiency preferred

■Working Conditions
Hybrid working: minimum 2 days per week in the office with flexibility driven by business requirements

Please note, this role requires significant travel within the APAC region (up to 25%).
