Established in 1958 in Montreal by Jacques, our founder, Boutique Jacques has a rich history of providing tailored and haute couture clothing. We are dedicated to delivering the best service possible to our clientele.

Role Description

This is a part-time/full-time on-site role located in Montreal, QC, for a Fashion Consultant Stylist. The Fashion Consultant Stylist will be responsible for assisting customers with their wardrobe selections, offering fashion styling advice, and ensuring an excellent customer service experience.

Responsibilities:

• Drive in-store sales and offer a tailored shopping experience for each client.
• Fulfill website orders with care and efficiency.
• Participate in marketing brainstorming sessions, sharing creative ideas to enhance client outreach.
• Handle customer communication through email and phone, delivering exceptional service.
• Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the boutique consistently reflects our high standards.
• Measure and conduct fittings for clients; training available if needed.
• Cultivate and maintain lasting relationships with clients through personalized service.
• Identify and develop new clientele, growing our customer base.

Qualifications:

• Fashion Retail Experience
• Point of Sale (POS) Systems Experience
• Retail and Visual Merchandising
• Product knowledge
