They offer a collaborative and supportive work environment, with opportunities for professional development and growth.■Role & ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for managing relationships with external manufacturing partners, ensuring the timely and efficient execution of contracts and projects. You’ll leverage your expertise in pharmaceutical manufacturing to optimize production flows, resolve production challenges, and continuously improve processes. You will provide strategic direction, managing the product portfolio and navigating a complex, multi-national, matrix organization. 求められる経験
■Requirements
・Scientific background (Pharmacist, Scientist, Engineer etc.)
・Minimum 5 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical/ biologics industry, with experience in vaccines preferred.
・Minimum 3 years’ experience in manufacturing of DP/DS or manufacturing support departments (e.g., MSAT, Quality).
・Proven ability to manage complex projects and multi-functional teams.
・Experience in cGMP environment, contract management, and continuous improvement principles.
・Fluent in Japanese and English.
・Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
