The Executive Director Specialist at Kisco Senior Living provides short-term, on-site leadership at Kisco communities, ensuring smooth daily operations, strong team performance, and a high-quality resident experience. This role supports communities in transition and reinforces Kisco standards, systems, and values.
Must be willing to live or relocate to a Kisco Market: Southern California, Bay Area, Raleigh, Colorado, or DC/Maryland
Lead community operations in the absence of an Executive Director.
Support department heads in meeting operational and financial goals.
Analyze budgets and drive financial performance.
Resolve resident and staff concerns promptly.
Onboard and support new Executive Directors.
Assist with training and development of community staff.
Collaborate with Home Office for support and reporting.
Drive occupancy through marketing efforts.
Promote and ensure adherence to Kisco policies and values.
Monitor quality metrics and implement improvements.
Conduct reviews and audits as needed.
Travel Requirements (75%-80%)
Includes but not limited to:
Lead and attend training programs across mulitple locations
Support and guide community management teams
Serve as interim Executive Director or General Manager during vacancies/absences
Represent the company at conferences, summits, and other business events
Bachelors degree required.
5+ years of management experience; 3+ years in senior living.
Strong leadership, financial, and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and business software.
Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
Hands-on experience in developing and implementing budgets.

Competitive pay: $140,000-$165,000/Yr. Based on Experience
