・3年以上のWebアプリケーション開発経験（静的型付け言語）
・5名以上のチームマネジメント／プロジェクトマネジメント経験
・開発組織の採用・評価制度設計経験
・アジャイル（スクラム）開発のリード経験
・品質保証（QA）やセキュリティーを含むソフトウエアライフサイクルの知見方

想定給与 ：1020万円～2797万円
