Entry-Level Sales Associates to connect TELUS’s cutting-edge products and services with customers across Calgary.
This is a full-time, field-based sales role — ideal for those who enjoy building relationships, working independently, and being
rewarded for results .
Your Key Responsibilities - Engage in Direct Sales : Conduct door-to-door outreach , initiating meaningful conversations and presenting TELUS services.
- Deliver Value-Driven Pitches : Confidently educate customers on TELUS’s offerings, identifying solutions based on their needs.
- Generate and Convert Leads : Build your sales funnel through consistent prospecting and effective follow-up.
- Manage Full Sales Cycle : Own the process from the first point of contact to closing the deal.
- Hit and Exceed Targets : Work towards clearly defined performance goals with unlimited earning potential.
- Build Trust : Create positive customer experiences that lead to referrals and long-term loyalty .
What We’re Looking For - Enthusiastic communicators with strong interpersonal skills
- Highly self-motivated and target-oriented individuals
- Organized and capable of working independently
- Previous customer service or sales experience is an asset, but not required
- Availability for full-time hours, Monday to Friday (11 AM – 8 PM)
