Overview:

We’re seeking a highly ambitious, self-motivated, and enthusiastic Electrical Technician to join our team. This hands-on role requires strong electrical and mechanical knowledge, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Competitive entry-level wages are offered, and compensation for experienced certified individuals is negotiable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair elevators, lifts, and ramps in accordance with safety regulations
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communication while on-site
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years’ experience as an elevator/lift technician or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of elevator systems, mechanical components, and electrical systems
  • Ability to troubleshoot mechanical malfunctions, read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record with willingness to travel (75%)
  • Personal tools/safety gear to utilize at work and a smart phone
  • Ability to lift 70 lbs.
