About the Opportunity  

• Lead a team overseeing accounts payable, receivables, treasury, and liquidity forecasting
• Monitor aged receivables and the status of open deals to manage cash flow and cost recovery
• Own global real estate fund and entity cost allocation modeling using Anaplan; oversee data integrity and communicate results across global teams
• Present profitability insights and recommendations using Power BI
• Oversee the annual planning and reforecast process for corporate costs
• Partner with finance teams across the company to validate results and influence reporting outcomes
• Drive process improvement, system integration, and reporting automation
• Leverage Microsoft Dynamics and Quantum to support day-to-day operations, cost tracking, and payment visibility
• Develop and coach finance team members, creating space for growth and accountability
• Foster a culture that reflects company values—collaborative, entrepreneurial, disciplined

About You  

• CPA designation with 8+ years’ experience in finance or accounting
• Background in public accounting and corporate finance; real estate experience is a plus
• Experience leading teams and managing multiple reporting workstreams
• Proficiency with financial and modeling tools—Anaplan, Power BI, Yardi, Microsoft Dynamics, Quantum preferred
• Clear communicator who brings structure to ambiguity

Salary Range  
$140,000 - $150,000/year
