About You:
Our ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter who is able to work under guided supervision to complete time-sensitive tasks. You are responsible for bench assembly operations, producing mechanical assemblies using a variety of tools and/or equipment in a cleanroom environment. Instructions are outlined with required specifications, processes, and procedures.

Essential Functions:

• Prepare components for assembly
• Identify necessary equipment to perform assigned operations
• Assemble components into mechanical assemblies per specification by following work instructions
• Test mechanical assemblies per specification by following work instructions
• Package mechanical assemblies for shipment following work instructions
• Operate measurement equipment, as necessary
• Maintain proper project documentation
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations

Requirements:

• AA/AS degree in relevant field or 1+ years of experience in mechanical assembly work
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to understand and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Ability to use hand tools (screwdrivers, etc), skill operating tools in a small space preferred
• Safe work habits in an industrial environment required, must follow all organizational safety procedures
• 100% onsite, 0% remote work
