The Opportunity

We’re growing our delivery team and looking for a Delivery Consultant who’s passionate about technology recruitment and candidate experience. You’ll play a key role in sourcing, engaging, and qualifying exceptional IT talent across roles in cloud, data, security, and software engineering.This is an ideal opportunity for someone with agency or technology recruiting experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment and wants to grow alongside a team that values transparency, quality, and delivery excellence.

What You’ll Do

• Own the full candidate delivery process: Source, screen, and manage candidates through the recruitment lifecycle to successful placement.
• Source top technology talent: Actively build and maintain pipelines across key technical domains using multiple channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, etc.).
• Assess candidate fit: Conduct structured interviews, evaluate experience, and align candidates to client needs.
• Partner with the sales team: Collaborate closely with the client-facing team to understand requirements, prioritize searches, and deliver shortlists efficiently.
• Drive engagement: Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication and timely feedback.
• Maintain data accuracy: Keep the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) current with candidate information, job updates, and interview progress.

What You Bring

• 1–2 years of IT or technology recruitment experience , ideally within an agency environment.
• Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates across LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills — able to manage multiple open roles and priorities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment CRMs
• A collaborative, positive, and delivery-driven mindset.

Reporting Structure:

This position will report to the Delivery Manager and VPs of the company, working closely with senior team members in both delivery and sales teams.

Location:

This is a hybrid role, requiring you to be onsite 4 days a week, Monday- Thursday. Our office is located in the heart of the Financial District, with access to the PATH at 121 King St W.

Compensation:

$55k-$65k with an OTE of $80K
