Annual Salary : 8 Million and Above

Job Description:

• Planning and consideration of business measures using data science in collaboration with business departments, PoC
• Planning and promotion of specific measures through design and construction of data collection and analysis system and practice (analysis, visualization, evaluation), continuous operation and improvement
• Examples of projects:

1. Customer trend analysis based on transaction history and sales records, and recommendations to sales representatives
2. Enhancement of call center operations using generative AI
3. Detection of fraudulent fund transfers and account use

Job Qualification:

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis and model development using technologies such as AI and machine learning
• Aiming to work in both data science and be involved in the business of each operational department
• Practical experience in data science in fields that require a high level of security
• Experience and skills in using distributed processing libraries (we use PySpark)
• Experience in data analysis using machine learning platforms (Amazon SageMaker, Azure ML, Databricks, etc.)
• Ability to understand technical documents and papers in English, and to participate independently in overseas conferences and gather information

Japanese Language Skills : Native level Japanese and English not required
